Recently, I had the pleasure of working on a condo in Knoxville that was in desperate need of a flooring makeover. The existing flooring was damaged and dirty, and the trim had seen better days. I got to work, removing the old flooring and carpet, and replacing the worn-out trim. Next, I laid down new underlayment and installed high-quality LVP flooring installation. To top it all off, I added fresh, new trim along the walls. The transformation was incredible, with 1200 square feet of new flooring and all new baseboards on the main level. The result was a fresh, clean, and modern look that the client absolutely loved. Get an estimate today! from Gutmann Home Repair LLC and see how we can transform your space too.
